Deposits and withdrawals

All payments in GoPlay poker room are made in Euro. Money can be deposited in various ways and in different currencies and will be converted automatically.
Deposits can be made through Neteller, Moneybookers, Webmoney, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and by bank transfer. The deposit is usually made instantly and the withdrawal can take some time. This is because each withdrawal request is checked by the poker manager, and the time of that depends on the number of requests, created simultaneously. The working hours of the payments department are: 8:00 - 20:00 CET, 7 days a week.
Please notice the duration of the withdrawal procedures:
- Webmoney, Moneybookers, Neteller - the withdrawal is made in 36 hours, usually during the day.
- Credit cards, bank transfer - the withdrawal takes from 3 to 14 days, depending on your bank.
Payments are made after the standard check of the credit card. Each player has an opportunity to withdraw money for free, once in 30 days (30 days between transactions). If it happens more often – then the fee of €10 or 800VIP is taken. This fee is taken automatically and doesn't depend on the sum of money set to withdrawal. So, if you are trying, for example, to withdraw €20, and the system tells you, that there is not enough funds - it means, that less than 30 days have passed since your last withdrawal.
Please note, that when making a deposit with a credit card, you may only redeem the deposit amount of the credit card transaction. You cannot redeem an amount in excess of your deposit to your credit card. For example, you deposited €100 to your account from your credit card. You were lucky and doubled the amount and would like to withdraw all the money. You may only redeem €100 against your credit card. The other €100 may be withdrawn through Webmoney or a bank transfer.
There are indeed some limitations in place on the NETeller transfers - no more then 2500EUR per transaction and NETeller deposits have to be refunded prior to being able to use other withdrawal methods. Also only one NETeller account is allowed to be used by the player.
There is one special condition about using Moneybookers system. If you have made a deposit, using this system, and want to withdraw your money through another system(for example, Webmoney) - the system tells you, that you should return deposited sum on Moneybookers, and after that you can withdraw your funds on Webmoney.
In both cases we recommend you to make the withdrawal (one transaction) simultaneously on two payment systems. Otherwise, if the transactions will be made with a break of 5 minutes (for example, the first withdrawal is on credit card or Moneybookers, and the second one is on Webmoney), then the fee of €10 will be collected for the second withdrawal.

Attention! In accordance with the demand of Lotteries and Gambling Authority we ask for documents, which approve user’s personal data, if the user makes a withdrawal of €2000 or more. This is a one-time action, and users can make the next withdrawals without any requests. Additional information about required documents, you can find in the section Documents request.
